Dear lybrate-user, I appreciate your care towards your mother. Frozen shoulder is a very common complication of diabetes and affects females more than males. It is because of deposition of glucose and proteins in shoulder capsule which is also called adhesive capsulitis which is seen as self limiting but painful condition which is treated by 1) good control of blood sugar
2) physiotherapy when it is not very painful
3) pain relievers, vit d and calcium.

For frozen shoulder exercises are the treatment. Severe pain can restrict your shoulder exercises, so take anti inflammatory drugs like Ibuprofen round the clock and once pain is relieved start exercises.
If pain is not relieved with medication you can get an injection called Suprascapular Nerve block done by a Pain specialist to get good pain relief and start exercises.

Postural correction- sit tall, walk tall.
Apply hot fomentation twice daily.
Extension exercises x 15 times x twice daily.
Bhujang asana.
Core strengthening exercises.
Back stretchingstretch

Regular stretching of shoulder muscles.
Warm up and cool down is a must.

shoulder mobilization.

Hi lybrate user, there is no single treatment for multiple conditions. Lets start from spine (lumbar & cervical, spondylosis is a degenerative process & treatment depends on severity of condition from conservative management, nerve blocks, minimally invasive procedures to open spine surgery.

Shoulder pain or elbow pain or HAND PAIN k liye ap ice massage kijiye … jurck se bachiye or shoulder wheeler exercise kijiye. Clapping kijiye. Sweeling aye to ice massage kijiye ……rotation krte rahiye. Elbow m pain ho to ap ultra sound lgaiye 4-10 days pulley exercise kijiye or weight cuff bandh kr 1-2kg k weight cuff se pendullaer exercise kijiye…. I hope get well soon thnx.
