This is most likely due to glucose only.
Glucose act as diuretic i.e. It sucks water in kidney and increase urination.
Loss of water leads to increased thirst.
Though I would advice to get urine r/m and rft done before further treatment

This is a common problem in women of that age and is due to a weak pelvic floor. Added to that is the anxiety. She is already on medicines that can help. However, ask her to consider kegel exercises and visit the washroom even when she does not have to go. That way, her issue will get a little better.

Hello, you might be suffering from a urinary infection. There are always qualified doctors you can consult. For the time being, you can take tab ceftas 200 mg twice a day and take it after meals 3 days. Tab flavoxate 200 mg 2 twice a day after meals x 2 days syp cital 2tsf tds.
Drink plenty of water and immediately consult your local mbbs doctor.
He may advise you to do certain investigations for further workup.
