It can be because of infection.
1.You should maintain high grade of personal hygiene. 2.Do change your underclothes at least 2 times a day
3.Wear cotton under garments
4.Stay hydrated. Drink plenty of fluids.

I have seen the information given. From the description given it appears you are having a problem of enlarged prostate. Please tell me why do you take that alkaline liquid (citralka or some such preparation ), because it is usually given to reduc irritation that may occur while passing the urine.
