The frenulum is a sensitive band of tissue located on the underside of the penis, connecting the glans (head) to the foreskin. It is normal for the frenulum to be sensitive to touch, as it contains a high concentration of nerve endings.
The sudden ejaculation you experience when touching your frenulum may be due to a heightened sensitivity or stimulation of the area. When the frenulum is stimulated, it can trigger a reflex response known as the frenulum orgasm or the "frenular response. This...more

Hello-
an overly sensitive penis can affect your sexual life. It can also have an impact on everyday activities not related to sexual activities. For some people, penis sensitivity can lead to premature ejaculation. For others, the penis may be so sensitive that any type of touching or contact is uncomfortable.
Fortunately, it is curable.

This becomes a particularly important function for the male in terms of hygiene, especially with cleaning of the penis and its head as well as in ...more

You need to correct your frenulum by surgery. A foreskin that is tight enough to restrict movement is commonly known as a frenulum breve. ... While circumcision can help this condition, frenuloplasty is a specialized technique that seeks to treat solely this condition while preserving the foreskin.

The frenulum of prepuce of penis, often known simply as the frenulum, is an elastic band of tissue under the glans penis that connects the foreskin (prepuce) to the vernal mucosa, and helps contract the foreskin over the glans. In the event of frenulum breve or frenular chordee, or to ensure that the glans can be freely and completely exposed, the frenulum may be partially or totally removed. It is also often removed in a circumcision.

First you should try to pull back the fire skin with your hands after applying some lubricant but very gently and if that is not successful then you may need to get a simple surgery done called circumcision from a surgeon which is very minor and simple.
