If the frenulum does not stretch n give pain. Don't worry. No medication required But, if it's painful then a minor surgery "frenuloplasty" may be required.

It is a normal thing. It may or may not cause pain while intercourse depends on severity of tightening due to the connection. It will definitely not go on its own or during intercourse. If it hurts routinely or during intercourse then is the only indication to undergo a frenuloplasty or circumcision depending upon your case findings.

Frenulum breve, or short frenulum, is a condition in which the frenulum of the penis, which is an elastic band of tissue under the glans penis that connects to the foreskin and helps contract it over the glans, is too short and thus restricts the movement of the foreskin.
