in allopathic no medicine. Aurveda, bramhi available. Take plenty of liquids including nimbupani.
Citrus fruits like lemon, orange mousami gooseberry kiwi.
Hard core candy to put in mouth so brain cells captured your reading you r fresh.
One hr read than relax for 10- 15 min, walk arround, listen music.

Forgetfulness at a young age may happen because you have too many things to do. When you multitask, your attention span gets crunched and you fail to absorb everything. "for memory to become strong, repetition is important. So revise the chapter many a times. Also when you study, your mind should be concentrated on book only.
