It could be but may not be. Best way is to take nutrition- now a days whatever is available in your home easily, may be used as good nutrition. If you can communicate food material/ spices, herbs etc available in your home, I may advise easy and effective combos. Also do bhramri pranayam by following some youtube videos. Chose easy ones to start with. Pl ask any further query. We are with you in times of need.

Their is nothing called forgot. Focus and attention you pay while studying matters. If you focus on wat you read you can remember for sure. Understand and read so dat you can remember easily. Just think how you are preparing don't think about the results .if you are focusing and preparing well automatically you will clear your exam. All the best.

Hi I have been into some stressful events in my past during those days I used to be under extra pressure that's why I developed some strange fears like what if I don't wake up early on the day of exam or what if I forget how to write (means I started questioning natural characteristics of body) that's why I lived with these fears for more than 5 years. It resulted in ruining of my important exams. Neither I can sleep before exam nor I can write properly (examiner can't understand writing). Although now I have a government job I thought these fear would fade away but I was wrong now that fear has spread in all my daily routine. Now when I go to bed. I start fainting what if I couldn't sleep within next 2-3 hours, my mind automatically starts thinking in this way, I keep thinking the remaining time to wake up, it makes me so tensed and pressurized that it increases my blood pressure. I keep thinking about it whole day. Now this has become the major issue of my life. I feel like I will never be the same. I keep thinking old days when I was in school and used to give exams without any fear of waking up, I could sleep anytime just like a normal person (please do not take it as insomnia, I don't have). Hope you understand. Help me. Please.
