Sir you may need kinesio taping technique will helps you to support yours soft tissues of the affected area in near by physiotherapy clinic along with 5 to 10 min ultrasound therapy 1mhz, and at home use epsom salt (mgso4) bath thrice a day will increase yours healing response. However , you need to hold , exertive movement to combat your problem.

Get your thyroid profile, cbc, vit b12, calcium, blood sugar fasting checked from some lab.
