It will be better if you avoid completely. But even if you loose your discipline you should eat a very minimal amount, that too once or twice a month.
For strength you can do some physical exercise and eat nutrient rich foods like chicken and eggs or paneer, tofu etc if you are veg. You should also take few pieces of dry fruits daily for energy.

Can you pls tell me the composition. If it contains phosphorus. It's a severe hepatotoxic poison. You are definitely in danger. Symptoms start after few days. You have to undergo routine blood test and pt, inr. Look whether you are developing jaundice, abdominal discomfort and bleeding manifestation. If it contains bromadiolone then look for any bleeding manifestations.

Follow this 1. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U should eat whatever your mother or grandparent eat in bfast. I mean to say whatever is your traditional food. If punjabi eat paratha, if belongs to south then take idli/ dosa etc.
