A diet should be healthy and balanced for the entire time. Kindly specify the specific purpose for 5 days. At this age children have their own choices, likes and dislikes. Better is to share the exact routine and purpose. On that basis it will be easy to plan a specific pattern as per the requirement.

Sometimes your body will not take few things as any other person. Do not blame yourself for it. Try to recognise what is causing. Sometimes its not just food, sometimes its uour emotion which can not take certain easy food to digest, sometimes a change of place. Recognise it asap or if not you can have a consultation and just by answering few random questions we can solve, what might be the underlying condition behind this.

Ideally kid need around 1000 – 1400 kcal every day. You can give her fresh raw fruits. Raw fruits is very good compare to juices. Start dark green and leafy, beans and peas, sprouts etc. You can add ghee in her diet because ghee is very good for health apart from this start giving her badan in morning time. Badam is very good for brain & overall growth of children. Milk is very good for children. For detailed diet plan please consult.

Safe days- it is called the safe period of family planning, but it is unsafe meaning high failure rate. Just 1 day prior tab can not prevent pregnancy.
