Hello,
Please try to find out which food exactly causes this allergic reaction. Note down after eating which food you have got allergic reaction. Mostly people get allergic reaction after eating Shell Fishes, Peanut, etc.
Till then you can take following medication if you have too much itching,
Tab. Atarax 10 mg
for itching. Max twice a day one tablet you can take, and not more than that. Please consult me online for further case taking.
