What you describe is called Allergic rhinitis. It is easier to get treated than get tested for the disease. I would suggest you do Eosinophil count. No other testing is really required. For medication consult online in private. But if you insist go ahead with tests mentioned below:

- Your problem is due to a deviated nasal septum in which the nasal septum is pushed more to one side leading to recurrent infection & other symptoms as you have mentioned
- a correction by surgery may be required if the symptoms are severe & recurrent & to treat the problem.

take proper rest.
Take more fluids..
Avoid physical exertion or sever temperature fluctuations..
eat healthy...fresh prepared..
