Blood glucose level of 250 - 300 mg / 100 ml is too high. It signifies totally uncontrolled diabetes. Dear lybrateuser,
- Do warm salt water gargles three times a day
- have more of warm fluids including water, tea, coffee, soup, avoid all cold fluids and refrigerated foods
- take tablet Cheston-C,1 tablet daily twice a day after meals ( breakfast and dinner)
- avoid exposure to cold weather, dust, smoke
- have plenty of oral fluids and a well balanced diet with more of fruits, vegetables, whole grains instead of refined ones & protein rich foods to boost your immunity.
