Typically when you take hot beverages or food and spicy food it is natural for nasal discharge which is a normal reflex. If it is excessive visit an ENT surgeon and rule out other causes.

- Your problem is due to a deviated nasal septum in which the nasal septum is pushed more to one side leading to recurrent infection & other symptoms as you have mentioned
- a correction by surgery may be required if the symptoms are severe & recurrent & to treat the problem.

take proper rest.
Take more fluids..
Avoid physical exertion or sever temperature fluctuations..
eat healthy...fresh prepared..
Even then it don't resolve then take treatment only by consulting..
