To get a healthy body do regular exercise like yoga, swimming, skipping, push ups, sit ups etc. Avoid fast foods, junk foods, processed foods, sugar, sweetened juice. Eat more whole fruits, vegetables. Take yogurt, dates. Eat protein rich foods like fish like tuna, egg, cottage cheese, lean meat, peanut, soy products etc. Use good fats like fish oil, olive oil, refined vegetable oil, flax seed, pumpkin seed, almond, walnut etc. Eta whole wheat, whole grain, oats bran, brown bread, brown rice etc...more

1. It is good you realised that fast food / junk food creates problems.
2. Avoid company of friends / relatives who force you to have fast food.
3. Keep lots of apples - bananas - guavas etc with you. Whenever you feel hungry have it.
4. Instead of Colas, you can take lassi or lime soda
5. Do exercise regularly.
6. Eat proper home food before going for parties / outings.

Hello,
We need make few changes in our life to stay fit and healthy (if there is no medical condition):
- Just walking alone is a very beneficial exercise which can help you stay in shape, feel more energetic, and get healthy. Always take stairs rather than taking an elevator.

For stamina n energy, you should have a wholesome diet with enough proteins (eggs, fish, chicken, milk & its products, nuts -seeds etc) and good quality fats (rich in MUFA-PUFA) and moderate carbohydrate intake with focus on high fibre.
