Fissure is fully treatable. Try to avoid all the maida products, oily, fried and spicy food in your diet. Include lots of fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet. Avoid non- veg in your food and try you don’t have constipation.
Ayurveda has very good treatment for piles and fissure along with lifestyle management but for treatment we need a detailed history so it would be best if you come for online consultation."

Fissures can become chronic if not diagnosed or treated timely. Delay in treatment of a n anal fissure may lead to serious infections and even cancer.

The medicine can heal the wound but if the anal muscle is tight then the wound will recur again and again so first of all use indian style toilet, if you are using commode toilet, then use toilet step stool, commode toilet is unnatural for humans, western toilet increases constipation. Hello
anal fissures are common in young age group.
I hope you have consulted a surgeon atleast once. If not, please do visit a surgeon for a detailed examination.
Sitz bath at least 3 times a day is miraculously helpful in many cases. Avoid betadine ointment local application. Instead use betadine solution during sitz bath.
Avoid straining, spicy masala foods and drink plenty of fluids.
Take care
thanks.

Hello. Usually an acute anal fissure heals by conservative methods. But you have a history of two years. Means a chronic fissure. A chronic fissure usually comes back again and again. I would suggest you to consult a good proctologist or a general surgeon. Regarding betnovate and anovate I would not suggest any of them. Rather apply anobliss or anorelief cream. Sits baths thrice a day. Lots of fluids and fruits.
Regards.

Hello, I am suffering from painful anal fissure from past 6-7 years. I also did notice a small outgrown in the anal region which is painful after motion. Also have this unexplained constipation problem everyday. I am getting tired of it. Took advice of a gastroenterologist twice and even underwent sigmoidoscopy. every time I visit a gastroenterologist, all he prescribes is a laxative and topical solution. I don't know how all these laxatives are affecting my health but I am sure it's worse. Now I am getting habitual of laxatives. Should I go for a fissure operation. And what can I do about this constipation. I can't sit for long periods either. After some time my lower back and legs start burning. And I feel very uncomfortable. Not sure if this is also due to fissure. Also take a hot sits bath everyday.
