Lybrate-user ji. It will difficult to comment on this without seeing X-rays. Also decision of surgery will based on if you have any pain and functional deficit (ie How much your hand is bothering you in day to day activities). Metacarpal fractures even if they unite with some angulation usually do not give functional problems.

There is no perfect figure, you are only 18+ 4.11 feet & weigh only 40 kgs. Focus on general health. Get hb tested, eat healthy food with more proteins like milk & curd and eggs if you like, carbs and good fats like a spoon of desi ghee and butter plus a katori of assorted nuts everyday to get good fats & proteins. Do exercise in moderation & remember that at 18 you are still growing up teenager. Get back with details after a month.

You can try this -
1. 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic). Or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 2. Don't drink water before meals. This can fill your stomach and make it harder to get in enough calories.
