Do not panic. It happens sometimes because of stress or anxiety. This is a temporary phase and will go away. You may get shirodhara done from a nearby ayurveda center for 5 days. If you are facing such problem try to face or talk people around you so that you can get rid of this. If you keep on fearing, you can never come out of this phobia. The only one way to get rid of this is have conversation with people and do contact with people around you, may be in home, office, neighbours etc. Much you contact people's more your fear will go. Take care.

Follow this 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up).
