Hello sir it's kind of lack of confidence where you get fear of opening in front of any one it's common in every one we born with some kind fear in us or we can called as anxiety and this all cause stress in body feeling hope less. You just need start breathing exercises with om kara chanting and bhramari pramayama which help to recude you're confidence practice it in early morning 6 to 7 am .if any other problems you ask me.
