Have lot of kiwi or mango ,cold coffee (take this before 5 pm to avoid sleep issue) dark chocolate, cheesy food, kesar milk at night.

Please get following test done cbc to rule out anaemia, thyroid profile to rule out hypothyroidism, rbs,hba1c to rule out diabetes. Watch for any associated symptoms like discolouration, review with reports.
