Check your temperature to see if you have fever. Get your hemoglobin level checked. Maybe because of low hb you are having fatigue.
Try taking any multivitamin 1 tablet daily.

You have not described the nature of work. If it requires sitting for long hours than you have to take a walk every 45 minutes. Sit with a straight back. do not bend forwards. What vehicle do you drive? If you are driving two-wheeler, take care that you do not get jerks on road. Do Hot fomentation 3 times a day. And take medicines.

By doing what like walking, exertion, eating or empty stomach- it increases or decreases in intensity. For how much time the pain remains?
Is there stiffness also?
How is your appetite?
R you constipated?
