Its better to go for homeopathic medicines to treat POLYCYSTIC KIDNEY. It will not only help to maintain blood pressure but also will take care to manage kidney complaints as well.

You must be hypertensive as this is one of the most common cause of LVH. If the thickness is not very high and you don't have a high diastolic dysfunction you don't have to worry.
In case if you are hypertensive then ace inhibitors or arb are the best suited medicine for you (if KFT and electrolytes are normal).

If you have hypertension, or take treatment for hypertension, meet a physician and keep BP under control. If mild hypertrophy is without hypertension, meet a mild cardiologist. Avoid meeting a severe cardiologist for mild hypertrophy.

Yes you probably have secondary hypertension
but before commenting on that I need to see the complete reports including all your blood work
just putting 2 lines questions will get only a 2 line answer if it was primary hypertension I can reverse it with diet and lifestyle without medicines so take a consult for history taking, doing the right testing and non medical advice to treat bp naturally
send a feedback with name and number after t aking consult.
