Ever noticed spots or strands that float into your line of vision. These are known as floaters. In most cases, they do not affect your vision, but can cause a lot of discomfort. Thus, in most cases they do not require treatment unless they affect your vision significantly. Floaters are more likely to stand out when looking at bright objects or something like a clear blue sky. Moving your eyes can shift the fluid in your eyes and move these floaters out of your line of sight.

You need to have both a complete eye checkup and a medicine opinion as this may occur in migraine. If both the opinions say that there is no problem best to ignore the floaters and get an annual checkup as with time you will and your brain will get used to the floaters and your degree of being uncomfortable will lessen.

Hello Floaters Floaters appear due to condensation of collagen fibrils present in the vitreous cavity of eye These are benign and don't need treatment Only way to get rid of them is to avoid them Having said that it is provisional diagnosis I would recommend you to consult local ophthalmologist and get proper eye examination done.

Floaters caused by loose cells, for example, are usually not that bothersome and often go away on their own in a few weeks or months. The floaters that look like wispy threads tend to be more visible, and in most cases they will also go away with time. In some cases, however, they can signal other problems.
