Even though sometimes my eyes takes more Time To adapt the colour pattern of my vision, sometimes my eyes replace correct pattern once it bluffed me with the appearance of an apple which appeared to me violet instead of red. I am not sure but I am assuming this might be because of sleep deprivation I am having from past few months please advice me what should I do? thank you.

This may be due to some kind of retina stimulation due to vitreous traction, please get Fundus examination by Ophthalmologist.
Minor floaters are not uncommon in Myopes, but if it's more it could be due to Vitreo retinal problem. Butter consult a Posterior segment Eye Surgeon.
