Hello I am 26 years old I am having unique phenomena that I keep seeing neon visions like blue and pink spots sometimes eye floaters mostly when I turn or shake my head, its not painful or anything. Even though sometimes my eyes takes more Time To adapt the colour pattern of my vision, sometimes my eyes replace correct pattern once it bluffed me with the appearance of an apple which appeared to me violet instead of red. I am not sure but I am assuming this might be because of sleep deprivation I am having from past few months please advice me what should I do? thank you.
