External piles are usually not harmful if infected than may leads to Pain. Treatment is only excision by surgery. You may be suffering from interno-external hemorrhoids. Please consult nearest Surgeon for Proctoscopy. Till than you may take Pilorute ointment two times a day.

Get your examined to rule out other diagnoses. I would suggest fybogel powder as stool softener for a month plus general lifestyle changes for lifelong which include having plenty of green leafy vegetables 2-3 litres of drinking water regularise your bowel movement schedule avoid excessive straining a during stools avoid excess meat and meat products. Avoid food that causes constipation in you.

You should get yourself examined by an Ano Rectal specialist for clinical evaluation and proper treatment. In the mean time; you should take Sitz bath (Hot water tub bath) followed by application of Sushruta ointment with Ropan powder. For easy evacuation of bowel; take some mild stool softening medicine like Sushruta Churna. For further support and appointment you may call reception at Sushruta Ano Rectal Institute.

Hello Yes You can use the ointment along with sits baths and dietary regulations.
But I want to tell you these ointments don't have much role in external piles and skin tags.
If they are not symptomatic then you can leave them as such. But if they causing discomfort or pain or bleeding, then surgical removal is the best treatment.
sitcom ointment etc can be applied, will give u a bit of softness there, but in the long term not much of a role..
