1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning

Please do yoga and pranayam for 30 minutes a day. You need to understand what is the trigger factor that is causing this headache. There is some tension that you are having everyday. Botulinum inj is the last thing you should try. Please try to eat healthy food on time, not skipping breakfasts, working out everyday.
