Hello Lyndem, first of all how frequently he is getting seizures? if more than two times per month then we can increase the dose 150 to 200 twice daily. If the seizure frequency is very rare then not to increase the dose . Frontal lobe epilepsy are more resistant to treatment that’s why dose should be modified according to frequency/age/weight. Your seizure seems not fully controlled and may need a dose escalation. Your tiredness might be due to low sodium due to oxetol. The skin problem is probably tinea/ringworm.
