Increased pulse rate and palpitations could be due to increased thyroid hormone synthesis. You need to check your tsh, free t3 and free t4 along with sodium, potassium and calcium. It could also be related to anxiety.

I have seen the details written. Please tell me what is the current TSH level now and what was it when hypothyroidism was detected? Because your free T4 is quite high. It means there an excess of Thyroxine (probably due to excess dosage of Levothyroxine). Because in hypothyroidism heart rate is slower than normal and there is no palpitation. take your vitamin supplements.
Take vitamin c rich food in your diet like orange, lemon,guava, bell peppers etc
take plenty of green leafy vegetables & fruits. Protein rich non veg diet like boiled egg, chicken, fish.
Milk with turmeric can be taken
avoid fat & sugar rich food. Avoid packaged and processed food from outside. Keep yourself hydrated by having sufficient water & ors.

Your thyroid (hypothyroidism) is under control you should continue taking thyroxine 75 micrograms. Thyroid tablets should be taken empty stomach in the morning with water for better absorption. You should wait at least before you take breakfast. Regarding the medication given by your dentist you can take after breakfast. This is a safe vitamin supplementation you can take it.
