You have epididymitis problem. I advise you to take proper balanced vegetarian diet. Take plenty of water daily. Take fruits and vegetables in daily diet. Do meditation for mental strength daily. Take milk and milk products daily. Follow this and give feedback.

in severe cases where both testicles are affected, inflammation and increases in local temperature result in fibrosis and degeneration of the testicular parenchyma. It can lead to decreased sperm production.
