lasik is very good option to get rid of glasses
Doctor will perform few tests (Schirmer test, Pentacam and Fundus examination) and if all tests are normal then you can go for lasik surgery without fear.
Success rate of LASIK is over 96%. It has no relation with oral cavity.

Brisk walk and treadmill can be started immediately but heavy exercises after 10-15 days.
Its not that exercises are going to harm. But being surrounded by many people in gym in a closed ac room can make you susceptible for infection.

Lasik is safe and predictable surgery. patient should be more than 18 yrs age with stable refraction means number should be stable for atleast 1 year. teh we need to do few tests (Pentacam, schirmer test, Fundus check up) to see if your eyes are suitable for lasik, If all these test are OK then go for LASIK surgery
