Sir I have gone through lasik laser. Can I start gym now. 4 days has been to lasik. So is this ok to start heavy exercise?

Brisk walk and treadmill can be started immediately but heavy exercises after 10-15 days. Its not that exercises are going to harm. But being surrounded by many people in gym in a closed ac room can make you susceptible for infection.
