It would be difficult to comment only on the basis of swollen lymph nodes. It can be due to a simple throat infection or it can be something more serious. Only a query of any other problems that you are facing but not bothering you to that extent, can reveal the cause of the swelling. Please have a consult to determine the cause.

No, you may not have a Bartholin cyst on labia majora. Bartholin glands are located on both sides of vaginal openings and their blockage is what causes Bartholin cysts. However, it is possible to get a cyst on labia majora due to blockage of oil glands located there forming a sebaceous cyst.
