Take lemon and honey water when you go for practice.
After work out eat handful of dry fruits regularly like walnuts, dates,nuts which gives you instant energy.
Take vit c rich food which boosts your immunity like oranges, lemon,kiwi etc.
Drink milk regularly.
Drink lots of water for better circulation.

eat small frequent meals. After every 2 -3 hours
exercise daily for an hour
eat protein rich diet (especially post workout, it will help in building muscle)

Add 1spoon honey and chawanprash in morning and evening and have 2 cups of milk wth almonds kishmish banana in morning and evening. Sir and madam, I am 22 years old and I work out a lot about 6 times a week and I used to have really a good diet and my diet consists of eggs, meat and dry fruits. And I used to take dry dates soaked in water and soaked water also 1 hour to 45 minutes before my workout daily and one thing I would like to mention mainly is that taking of soaked dry dates and sweet water of dry dates, by taking this as my morning diet before workout is not giving me any energy and the energy is not at all sufficient for doing workout and I was not able to do more repetitions while doing my workouts. ***and my only doubt is that can we use any protein powder or supplements like (whey protein, whey protein isolate)*** is good for health or not, or bad for health and this doubt is remained in my mind since 4 to 6 years from when I started doing workouts.
