Do get checked for tb. If blood in sputum continues ,it is definitely a matter of concern.

Gastritis is usually due to increase or continuous exposure of gastric mucosa to acid that is usually present in our stomach.
It causes burning sensation and even pain and heaviness in chest.
One need to avoid oily spicy food, tea coffee, avoid immediate lying down after meals.
