Hello-
most men's testicles are about the same size, but it's common for one to be slightly bigger than the other. It's also common for one testicle to hang lower than the other.

The symptoms you described, including nausea, vomiting, increased size and tenderness of the left testis, and hardness, can be associated with testicular torsion. While epididymitis can also cause swelling and pain in the testicles, the persistence and worsening of symptoms, as well as the changes in size and hardness, could indicate a more serious condition.
I strongly recommend contacting your doctor again or seeking immediate medical attention. They will be able to evaluate your symptoms,...more

I am sorry to hear about your concern but will be happy to assist you.
Plastic surgery is usually needed. The surgeon cuts the neurofibromas out of the body before resealing the skin. Depending on the size and location of the neurofibromas, they may be able to be treated with laser surgery or an electric current (electrodessication) instead.
Let's connect over a call so that we can discuss your concern in details and make a treatment plan for you.

Hello-
undescended testicles may lead to shrinkage. Sooner or later it might ruin your fertility.
In ayurveda, it is usually presents as shandhatva or napunsakta. It means inability to sire a progeny by either. In case your tests shows abnormal hormone levels and you experience the signs and symptoms for the same, don't worry. Ayurvedic vajikaran therapy (which includes, aphrodisiac herbs), and some simple lifestyle and dietary changes can help you recover naturally.

Hi lybrate-user.
See, worrying is something that you decide. Burt let me tell you the fact that god has given spare organs for every vital organs like 2 eyes, two kidneys, 2 ears, 2 nose cavities, 2 testes, 2 tonsils, 2 hands, 2 feet and what not. So there is nothing to be worried about having single testes. And also, to kill somebody, one gun with one bullet is enough.
Hope it was helpful.

All oral painkillers will have side effects, especially in your age. Paracetamol is preferred for this reason. If one class of pain killers is not privity adequate relief, then we can combine multiple type of pain killers to avoid side effects.
Also you can apply dynapar qps spray (diclofenac aqueous solution) for quick relief as it will be minimally absorbed in body and cause minimal side effect.

Firstly I am 17 years old, weight 55 kg so I have inguinal hernia and undescended testis because of hernia it displaced from scrotum. Right testis was present in scrotum at age 13. Hernia problem is from 3 years so my problem is some before 15-20 days I was just sitting on chair suddenly a slight sharp throbbing pain started in the left testis and inner thigh. I thought it is not much pain so I waited and after 3-4 hours it gone but on after that my erections almost gone for 2 days. So in fear of losing my this remaining one testis on third day I masturbated to check so my semen quantity was decreased to half but my erections started but not like previous normal ones. Even if I masturbate with gap of 1 month to check if testis is okay still quantity if half and not normal erections. So few days ago for my inguinal hernia and undescended testis operation urologist checked and varicocele was found left testis in physical examination but today in doppler ultrasound it is not found. This is my doppler ultrasound (scrotum) report right scrotal sac shows herniated omentum through the inguinal canal with the defect measuring approximately 16-17 mm with the neck lying medical to the inferior to epigastric vessels suggestive of direct inguinal-scrotal hernia. Right testis is not seen in the scrotum and is localised in the right inguinal canal and measuring approximately 2.9 x 1.0 cms. It shows normal intraparenchymal vascularity. Left left testis measures 3.7 x 1.8 cms is normal in size and ecotexture. No focal lesion seen. No abnormal fluid collection seen. So please tell me about this problem I am in tension.
