I can understand your concern. I would suggest you to seek counseling for your stress and anxiety.
Invest your time productively. Talk to your family, spend time with kids, go for walking taking all the precautions against corona. Read interesting books. If you are spiritual, do meditation. Otherwise also meditation is good for stress relief. Yoga is another way to control stress and anxiety. Take healthy diet. Talk to your friends, friends are great stress busters. All...more

Aapko condition main suicidal thoughts aana possible hai, stress ki vajah se headache hai, nech pain bhi stress ke kaaran hai.
