Hello, take calendula 30, 5 drops,twice a day and carbo veg 30, twice a day.
Use calendula Q in the dressing of bed sores.

hello. There is no medication or food for improving eye sight or to get rid of glasses.
Get your vision tested and wear glasses.
If not interested in glasses then you can try
a. Contact lens
b. Lasik laser
as your age is now 25 years so your number will not increase now whether you wear glasses or not as number becomes stable at age of 18-20 yrs.

ideally a person should take 2-3litres of water in a day, but if a person is having more physical activity or exposure to sunlight is excessive or the weather is very hot, the amount of water can be increased further.
In your case also, if there is no underlying medical condition, can take 2-3 litres of water in a day.
