Hi. Have you done any strengthening program after that. or Are you going to gym to strengthen knee muscles. Gym Rehab is important before starting to jog or Run. if you are going to gym try to concentrate on core muscles also along with strengthening. warm up and cool down is essential before and after jogging or running respectively.

No, it is not curable. You can do the following exercises for knee pain. Php
follow these dos and don’ts to help your knees feel their best.

It's due to heavy impaction over the tendon due to uneven weight bearing in the joint, try to do quadriceps strengthening exercises, along with it avoid heavy exercises. Go for graduated weight bearing exercises.
