The best wayout is to go for a general routine medical examination with a doctor and also mention about your signs and symptoms. After clinical examination and history taking (considering the past history and family history ), the doctor may suggest theses tests. Otherwise, it is not necessary. Please read about heart health and healthy lifestyle from the internet and empower yourself with correct information.
