I am sorry to hear about your concern but will be happy to assist you.
“borderline” generally means that findings on a given test are in a range that, while not precisely normal, are not significantly abnormal either.
Let's connect over a call so that we can discuss your concern in details and make a suitable treatment plan for you.

No doctor cannot declare a person okay on basis of ecg only. Whenever in doubt, even stress test cannot be done. Troponin test is specific for heart attack. A drop of blood from finger prick is put on a strip, if 2 lines are visible, test is positive. Other tests like cardiac ct scan or angiography to know about blockages can be done later.

In pregnancy, heart rate (HR) increases by 25%; thus sinus tachycardia, particularly in the third trimester, is not uncommon. Ectopic beats and non‐sustained arrhythmia are encountered in more than 50% of pregnant women investigated for palpitations while sustained tachycardias are less common at around 2–3/1000.
