LVEF, Cholesterol, etc are not science, they are statistical juggling. Avoid unnecessary tests and measurements. Drs understand very little, and you understand even less. Avoid meddling with your body's functioning.

I hope you got those two tests done for routine checkup and you don't have any medical problems yet nor on any recent medicines. If you are not having any symtopms related to you heart like chest pain, edema in feet, breathing problems etc, than yes your heart is healthy with above two reports normal. Still if you want to be more sure you can get your serum cholesterol levels checked for any future risk of heart attack.

Dear Sir chest pain/ palpitations is not only related to the heart but, It may also be caused by problems in your lungs, esophagus, muscles, ribs, or nerves, for example. Some of these conditions are serious and life threatening. Others are not. If you have unexplained chest pain, the only way to confirm its cause is to have a doctor evaluate you. Go for Cardiac Stress test.
