Dear Lybrate user,
given your age and reports, you need not worry much. Dietary modifications along with life style modification may be required. The pain could be muscular in origin. Costochondritis (cartilage inflammation over chest area) can mimic heart conditions. Even gastric conditions give rise to chest pain. If the pain doesn't resolve spontaneously, kindly get the following tests done: 1. Lipid profile
2. Serum homocysteine.

Dear Lybrate use,
the normal heart rate lies between 60-100 beats/min. Sinus tachycardia is usually a response to physiological stress or an increased sympathetic tone. Stay hydrated and avoid caffeine/ sugar rich beverages as much as is possible.
Kindly let me know your blood pressure as well.
If you have any queries, you may connect over message/call and your concern shall be addressed in detail.

I am sorry to hear about your concern but will be happy to assist you.
Premature ventricular contractions (pvcs) are extra heartbeats that begin in one of your heart's two lower pumping chambers (ventricles). These extra beats disrupt your regular heart rhythm, sometimes causing you to feel a fluttering or a skipped beat in your chest.
Let's connect over a call so that we can discuss your concern in details and make a suitable treatment plan for you.

The t wave represents ventricular repolarization, and its direction is normally the same as the major deflection of the qrs complex that precedes it. 2 t-wave inversion may indicate myocardial ischemia and may also precede the development of st-segment elevation.

Blockage if present, will only progress further and give rise to major hear problems. So I suggest you take your mother for a coronary angiography to detect any blockages that may be present, so that they can be controlled early - either through medicines or stents.
