Hello. Pus in ear is a sign of infection. If without any pain, it is likely that you have an infection of the middle ear and a possible hole in the ear drum. Soliwax, an ear drop to dissolve wax would not be helpful in this situation. Kindly consult for a proper evaluation. You would require antibiotic tablets, decongestants and antibiotic ear drops along with treating any cold you may have.
