Compression of nerve gives tingling sensation in fingers, there will be weakness and pain on the effected side.
Consult with ortho or neurologist for medicines, also take physiotherapy treatment for 10 days through electrotherapy (ift+us) the compression will be removed and pain will get reduced.

Its better to change your headphones if that's the cause. Ears have soft cartilage so pressure on ears for long periods cause ear pain. You can make that pain releive by doing some home remedies like cold compression and heat compression but they are only temporary relief.
