2.avoid outside food even I parties check you drinking water in lab for any organisms.

No details of duration and frequency of motions. During loose motions plenty of oral fluids like water, lemon juice, tender coconut. Avoid spicy, fried and non veg. Intestinal antibiotics like norflox tz twive a day after food for two days my be tried. If no relief see a physicain.

Diet is very important in this situation. You should take khichadi or dal chawal. What is your diet history since 4 days. R you diabetic or hypertensive patient. Take plenty of ors liquid. You have taken antibiotic .as per my opinion .you should take prebiotic with antibiotic. But better way is you should consult me online.

You need to take whey protein (by whatever name it comes). But it should contain 80% whey protein in it. E.g. For 30 gms it should have atleast 24 grams (80%) of protein.) use it only on the day you gym (within 10 mins of exercise). Dose is 30gms.
