Contact lenses will cause severe problems if you already have dry eyes.
My suggestion is to limit the use of lenses to occasions only.
Also, take some basic care like washing the lenses properly with a given solution.
Take proper care of hygiene.
Do regular hot and cold compression on the eyes.
Also, do pranayama.
You can use homoeopathic drops eurphrasia.
