It's difficult to diagnose with the history provided, appears you have respiratory tract involvement. Any fever, cold, bodyache? May I know why you are taking aspirin/hep, any vascular history? If this is related to the same, then I would suggest you to consult nearby care asap. Tests that could help: routine blood (cbc), chest xray, clotting profile, d dimer & so on.
Advice: it would be better if you could visit nearby hospital for appropriate care.

Hi lybrate-user;
1st of all details you gav is not clear. You can not have both dry cough and wet cough togethr.
Only either of it will be ther.
So please mak it clear.
Corona usually present as dry cough.
But even if. You need not have to go for corona check up. If you r not having exposure.
If you have travel history or contact history with person who have symptoms only you need to have check up and your symptoms are severe. Or else you jus need to isolate only.

Query received after 3 months. For cough of ling duration you should have consulted a physicain for blood tests like cbc and esr to find out cause like infective, allergic or viral. Needed proper daignsosis and furthe management.

Hi lybrate-user;
since you have come from abroad and you have symptom also you should go for isolation for 14 days. You have to report health department in your respective state also since you hav come on march 15 (all coming aftr march 10 have to report)
and wait how the symptom progress. Improve or worsen.
If it worsen you should definitely go for corona test

Liver cirrhosis can cause 1.accumulation of fluid in the abdomen which is called ascites and also swelling in the legs called pedal edema.
2.the dry cough is an indication pf heart involvement as the cirrhosis progresses. To rule out and find if it is not heart, an echo is required ti check the workload on the heart. Kndly consult your cardiologist and haematologist asap.

It might be due to allergies.
Take syrup alex 10 ml three times a day for 7 days.
Tab montair lc two times a day for 5 days.
Avoid dust and fumes exposure.
Cover your face while on work.
Revert in case of any concern and detailed evaluation.
