lybrate-user! Do not worry, your excess consumption of Salbutamol can give rise to increased heart rate, increased blood pressure and muscular jerks. All of them will reduce in due course of time. Have coconut water / thrice a day for 2 days and have a banana (if you are not allergic to it) thrice a day for 2 days. This will help. Don't worry, You will be alright and make sure that you don't commit the same mistake of over dose again.

The most accurate way to measure how much vitamin d is in your body is the 25-hydroxy vitamin d blood test. A level of 20 nanograms/milliliter to 50 ng/ml is considered adequate for healthy people. A level less than 12 ng/ml indicates vitamin d deficiency.
So if you have 24.46 ng / ml, you do not need supplements.
