I am not sure about the side effects but for impulsive behavior out of which you took 35 tab you definitely need proper consultation so consult a psychiatrist and take proper treatment.

Hello doctor! I have accidentally taken an overdose of salbutamol sulphate (90 ml= 38 mg), where as prescription for a patient is 4 mg a day only. It has happened on 28th december 2016 and it has been 5 days now but I still feel full body jerk and heat inside the body most of the time. However on 28th after an hour of taking the medicine my pulse rate was 135 per minute and BP WAS 145/90. But it got normal on the other day on 29th. But jerking is not going away. I feel very very sorry that I took this medicine without any prescription and without any need. I just had it without any motive. It just happened I can not even explain why I did such foolish and life threatening act. I was so stupid and I would never do that again in my life but right now I need you and I need you to let me live by helping me how to get rid of this problem. What should I do now? Thanks a lot and thank you very much. A help would be very appreciable and very enough to be noticed.

lybrate-user! Do not worry, your excess consumption of Salbutamol can give rise to increased heart rate, increased blood pressure and muscular jerks. All of them will reduce in due course of time. Have coconut water / thrice a day for 2 days and have a banana (if you are not allergic to it) thrice a day for 2 days. This will help. Don't worry, You will be alright and make sure that you don't commit the same mistake of over dose again.

You can rest easy. No need to worry.
Problems can occur only if Vit D is taken in excess over several months.
In your mothers case she has only taken two doses extra.
Our body usually flushes out unwanted stuff on its own. However you can take following steps to detox.
1. Drink more water for next fortnight.
2. Take two lemons per day with water.
3. Take beetroot salad everyday
4. Take no milk or milk products for two weeks. Only tea can be taken.

The most accurate way to measure how much vitamin d is in your body is the 25-hydroxy vitamin d blood test. A level of 20 nanograms/milliliter to 50 ng/ml is considered adequate for healthy people. A level less than 12 ng/ml indicates vitamin d deficiency.
So if you have 24.46 ng / ml, you do not need supplements.

May not be as long as he stopped consuming iron. Iron toxicity is more of acute in nature and he must have just scrapped through. He must have been some 50 kg or more. Please check serum iron.

Hye.
First of all taking a multivitamin cannot be done randomly.
You need a multivitamin supplement only if you have a medical condition which calls for an increased need or you have a deficiency. In two days of the intake you cannot develop toxicity of a vitamin.
Also if the requirement is justified or you are having a deficiency then taking half the dose does not make sense.
There is a possibility that you took the supplement on an empty stomach or with a stimulant like tea or ...more
