Good afternoon my Lybrate frnd, don't worry. you will be cured surely. if you r suffering from thyroid plz check it. take medicine for this problem. Take a medicine for drowsyness Lycopodium -200/4 doses twice daily in empty stomach.
One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 4 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 3-4 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

Hi Take ½ glass of carrot juice + Add ½ glass of spinach juice + Mix well + Drink this juice to cure headache
