if you are overweight or have fat around belly you should try reducing it. sleepiness after lunch is a sign of insulin resistance. try taking 8 hrs of sleep and make it around 10 or 11 pm....when you sleep around 12am growth hormone is released which is good for you...insulin is bad...if you sleep less, you will have less Growth hormone and more Insulin....that causes weight gain, diabetes and other bad things to your body.

I want to loss my weight its too much I feel laziness drowsiness. How to reduce as soon as possible.
